Due to the wide range of assignments we perform for our customers in the public and private sector, there may be individuals reaching successful project or contract end that possess the skills needed to fill your contract staffing requirement.  The Recruiter will work directly with your SYSCOM Engagement Manager to review any near-term available resources that are a fit for you.

We maintain a pipeline of strong candidates and talented resources.  We preserve relationships with these resources through regular communications.  The Recruiter will reach out to all qualified resources in our pipeline to inquire as to their status and availability.

Qualification Process

The qualification process follows a series of time-proven steps that ensure candidates meet SYSCOM’s high standards:

  • Telephone screen by Recruiting determines whether the candidate is viable and assesses the candidate’s soft skills.
  • Technical certifications are validated and, if needed, technology specific interviews are completed by one of our Technical Consultants.
  • Candidates are assessed on soft skills. This assessment includes:
    • Intellect
    • Personality/People Skills
    • Motivation
    • Fit/Interest with your business mission
  • All interviewers complete a candidate evaluation form and submit to Recruiting.
