Ted Bayer has 45 years of extensive experience covering all facets of the Information Technology industry. His roles have encompassed the entrepreneurial as well as highly technical. SYSCOM Inc. is the first company Ted founded and has received a number of awards for rapid growth from Deloitte & Touche, Inc magazine, and others. Subsequent to starting SYSCOM, he founded Training Server, a pioneer provider of enterprise Learning Management Systems. He has been recognized as an Ernst & Young Maryland Entrepreneur of the Year in High Tech/Software. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Carnegie-Mellon University. Post graduate studies include Operations Research at Johns Hopkins University, and Executive Management and Artificial Intelligence at MIT.
Mark Anzmann leads SYSCOM’s Professional Services teams. Mark has more than 20 years’ experience in large-scale application development, database administration and project management. He is currently the Chairperson of the Baltimore/Washington DB2 Users Group and holds six IBM certifications relating to IBM’s DB2 Products. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from James Madison University.
Kay Harris is an accomplished, innovative technology leader with more than 25 years’ experience in Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management technologies, specializing in development of strategic technology direction, enterprise wide competency centers and shared services. Kay came from a large financial institution with extensive expertise in creation, implementation and operation of enterprise-wide competency centers for Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management. Additionally, her experience in strategic thinking and planning for enterprise use of advanced technologies and services is invaluable, not just to financial enterprises but is adaptable to all other industry segments. Kay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and English from the University of North Carolina – Charlotte.
