Quality Assurance & Change Management
SYSCOM follows stringent quality assurance and change management practices to ensure consistent quality and to provide our customers with a centralized mechanism for addressing project quality and changes across the board.
Our Quality Assurance (QA) processes ensure that project staff adhere to project processes. QA looks to share knowledge, continuously improve project processes, ensure client satisfaction, and ensure that project deliverables meet specifications.
Change Management (CM) defines a process for managing changes, assessing the impact of a change, and provides guidelines for approval. Our (CM) process ensures that desired changes to the project are identified, documented, communicated, controlled, assessed and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
