Customer Communication Experience (CCE) is a new unified platform that provides out-of-box capabilities, via a subscription based service, that are fundamental for organizations to achieve complex, device independent, end-to-end capabilities in their Customer Communication Journey.
CCE is a software platform developed initially in response to the challenges to deploy eSignatures faced by a large multi-brand bank that leverages an industry leading e-signing engine.

The CCE platform provides a foundational service with multiple integration points, including integration with an imbedded signing engine (or with your existing signing engine). Organizations can now avoid costly, risky internal development on proprietary solutions. In addition to easily configuring end-to-end processes that include third party services such as automated onboarding within a single framework.
